Doing Business with the Department of the Navy

Join the Empire APEX Accelerator, Monroe County Finger Lakes APEX Accelerator, and the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development APEX Accelerator for an informative workshop and networking event with the Department of the Navy (DON) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). Ms. Chiretta Boclair, Small Business Director, Marine Corps Systems Command, will serve as the keynote speaker.

This event will provide valuable information for small businesses, covering topics such as:

• DON OSBP Achievements and Goals
• DON OSBP Mentor-Protégé Program
• Preparing for the DON procurement process
• Resources and assistance to help small businesses

Additional presentations will include:

• APEX Accelerator Overview
• U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Overview
• Navy SBIR-STTR Program Overview*

The APEX Accelerator teams will host a casual networking/matchmaking session after the presentations.

This event is hosted at the National Veterans Resource Center with support from the D’Aniello Institute for Veterans & Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University. The IVMF is proud to be a flagship institute on the Syracuse University campus to continue the mission of serving veterans and their families.
