Composite Manufacture and Repair Industry Day

This industry day is to identify sources that can repair and manufacture composite parts (carbon fiber, fiberglass, honeycomb, etc.) for H60 aircraft. Examples of parts include: floorboards, upholstery/soundproofing panels, to include ECS ducts; external composite panels, cockpit floor and cabin panels, doors and sliding windows, and fuel cell front panels. Some parts may require sheet metal work in addition to composite work.
To register, interested parties shall submit the attached registration form no later than October 9, 2024, at 3:00pm EST. Email registration form and any questions to [email protected]. Only questions received in writing by October 9, at 3:00pm EST will be answered and posted to SAM.gov. Base access will not be granted without this information. Directions to USCG Base Elizabeth City can be found at http://www.uscg.mil/alc/directions. Unregistered vendors will not be allowed on base. Onsite registration will begin at 8:30am EST on October 23, 2024. Please allow 15 minutes for security screening required to enter USCG Base Elizabeth City. This event is open to U.S. citizens only. Government issued photo I.D. (i.e. driver’s license) will be required for admittance.
